About Alana

“My love for real estate developed from my passion in homes, a deep desire to help others and years of seeing my mother build a rewarding and successful real estate career. I believe anything can be achieved with integrity, hard-work and ongoing willingness and open-mindedness to learn and improve. My goal is to navigate anyone and everyone safely and effectively to achieve their real estate goals.” - Alana Pescador

Upon graduating with Distinction from the University of Ontario with an honours Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, Alana credits her academic achievements to diligence, hard work, and dedication which she believes to be paramount to succeeding in life. Immediately following University, she obtained her license in residential and commercial real estate and carried on to earn her Broker’s license. She concurrently earned her Certified Negotiation Expert certificate which has aided in developing excellent negotiation skills to always put a smile on her clients’ faces.

Alana is a firm believer in the benefits of owning real estate. At the age of 22, she and her long-term partner decided to embark in purchasing their first investment property in Keswick. With hammers in hand, they renovated top-to-bottom and have begun managing a portfolio of their residential rental properties. Alana enjoys managing (and sometimes taking part in) renovation projects focusing on residential “buy and hold” investments which provide steady short-term income and long-term market appreciation.

Alana believes every real estate transaction is an investment into your future. Regardless of whether you are first-time home buyer, growing family, empty-nester or entrepreneur, real estate offers an excellent opportunity to build wealth and financial security. Alana not only aims to find you your perfect home but also protect one of your largest investments.

When she’s not working, Alana loves spending time with her family and friends, watching docu-series and taking on new renovation projects. Alana has a love-hate relationship with the gym, a love-love relationship with food and a never-ending passion for learning new things.
